This July, South Texas Health System® invites you to come together as a family at our Transform Your Life Health & Wellness Fair!

Taking place amid the peaceful surroundings at Tres Lagos Park, you’ll get to take part in FREE activities that focus on the mind, body and spirit, as well as learn more about health and wellness resources available in the community.
