Abygail Elizondo is the Owner & CEO of Elizondo Insurance Services, a woman- and minority-owned agency serving the Rio Grande Valley since 2008. Based in Harlingen, her agency specializes in health and life insurance, focusing on elderly, low-income, and Spanish-speaking clients. Abygail was recently honored with the top award from the U.S. Small Business Administration as the Lower Rio Grande Valley District’s Small Business Person of the Year. She is also a two-time recipient of the BBB’s Mary G. Moad Ethics Award. A leader in her church, she has served in Women’s Ministries, Pathfinder Club leadership, and food pantry outreach. Her faith guides her commitment to compassionate, ethical service. She actively partners with healthcare providers, churches, and organizations to educate and support the community.
