The presentation discusses Goleman's theory of Emotional Intelligence. The presentation focuses on awareness of others, self-awareness, and how this relates to the use of soft skills in the workplace.  The students will watch a short video that centers on the difference between using the frontal lobe of the brain and the temporal region.  How using emotional intelligence can sharpen decision-making skills in business leadership, in any organizational leadership.
