The Harlingen Economic Development Corporation and UTRGV—community partners of the RGV Hispanic Chamber of Commerce—invites you to the RISE Up Harlingen Pitch Competition on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at the Harlingen Convention Center. Finalists from the accelerator program will pitch their business ideas to a panel of judges for a chance to win $30,000, $20,000, and $15,000 in grant awards.
